We couldn't get the television to work, but that was only something we tried because we are from Pittsburgh area and the Pens were in the Stanley Cup finals. Our only negatives would be the sulfur smell when running the water or showering, but that's common in the area with well water and it did seem to dissipate slightly after maintenance came and replaced the filter. The blue dishes were gorgeous! And plentiful. Two of us, lucky ones who had the lakeside rooms, left our drapes open and were awakened by the sunrise! We didn't cook, but it certainly seemed like there were enough pots and pans to do so. The fire pit on the lake was really nice, had a heron visit in the morning on the dock. The back deck looked fairly new, we didn't use it much as it never got to 70° during our stay. The house had a good location and a great layout for 5 friends, could be updated but everything was clean.
